Scope of Works
- Construction of external new RCC foundations – Included in the Contract Price as per the Tender documents issued by the Engineer, Post Tender Meeting discussions / Agreement and No change in this Contractor’s Proposal.
- Construction of external new RCC columns up to first floor level - Included in the Contract Price as per the Tender documents (up to first floor level only) issued by the Engineer, Post Tender Meeting discussions / Agreement and No change in this Contractor’s Proposal.
- Dilapidation Survey of the existing building / structure including any alterations or repair to the existing structure – Allowed as a Provisional sum.
- Design, Fabrication, Supply & Erection of Steel structure including the Primary and Secondary (Vertical & Horizontal) members as per this Contractor’s Proposal.
- Supply and apply One Hour Intumescent Fire proof coating to Primary steel members, without any Galvanization.
- Design, Fabrication, Supply and Installation of Metal Sandwich panel Roof with Fascia and Gutter.
- Design, Fabrication, Supply & Installation of Platform at Roof for MEP Equipment with HDG grating.
