The project is a One Storey reinforced concrete building and it is located at Riffa. The Scope of this project is Construction of Main Majlis Building Including the Substation & Guard Room.
- Main Majlis building contains Basement & Ground Floor. Basement total built up area is 1573 m2 which consist of Offices, Service Area, VIP Area and Parking Area.
- Ground Floor total built up area is 1675 m2 which consist of VIP Area, Service Area, Sabat, Arcade and Drop off Area.
